CMTV Mounting provides TV mounting and installation services, which include but are not limited to securing televisions to walls or other structures, connecting necessary peripheral devices, and configuring basic settings for optimal use.
3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or email.

Cancellation: You may cancel your appointment without penalty up to [24/48] hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to refuse installation in locations that pose a risk to our technicians or where installation is not feasible due to structural limitations.

We are not responsible for the disassembly or reassembly of furniture or the relocation of old equipment unless specifically included in the service booked.

Damage: While we take utmost care during installation, CMTV Mounting is not liable for any pre-existing conditions that may be discovered during the mounting process, such as hidden electrical or plumbing within walls.

Insurance: We carry liability insurance for any accidental damage directly caused by our technicians.
8. Warranties and Guarantees
We provide a 5 day warranty covering the quality of our workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from user error or external forces post-installation.
