• We can unbox it if needed — just let us know ahead of time
• Clear the wall area and move furniture a few feet away
• If you need help marking placement or removing wall decor, tell us when booking
• Know your preferred mounting height
• Let us know if the wall is brick, tile, concrete, or anything other than drywall with wood studs
